We make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. All products sold on SeenOnTVMart.com are New. We do not sell used or re-packaged/reconditioned merchandise. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please Contact Us immediately.

SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped insured from our warehouses in New York, Los Angeles, California or Maryland Heights, Missouri within 3 to 5 business days. During the peak holiday shopping season in October through December, orders may ship up to 5 to 7 days after being received. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

All shipping charges are calculated based upon the total combined weight of your order, Your Shopping Cart will show your total shipping charges before checkout. In the rare instance that there are any additional shipping costs (to rural areas), you will be notified about them before your order is processed, and will be given the option of paying the additional charges or canceling your order at that time.

Orders shipped to the Lower 48 states are shipped through USPS with Delivery Confirmation or UPS Ground Service with online tracking.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped through USPS. Please be advised packages can take up to 4 or 5 weeks for delivery.

We cannot ship to P.O Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses

For UPS see Transit Map below for a estimate of when your package should arrive after it leaves our warehouse. Confirmation of shipping and tracking will be provided to you via email.

All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to us due to the following:

  • incorrect address
  • no-one available to accept delivery
  • requests to change an address once the order has been placed
    will be charged for the additional shipping to re-send the order and a $5.00 charge for reprocessing so please be sure to provide a valid address that a package can be delivered to successfully.

    Cancellation Policy
    In the event that you wish to cancel your order it must be before 12 a.m Midnight (EST) of the day you originally placed your order. After this time any orders will be sent for fulfillment and will not be able to be cancelled.

    Refused Package:

    All orders that are refused upon delivery will be cancelled upon return. All money collected on said orders will be refunded less the shipping and handling charges. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

    SHIPPING DAMAGES:
    Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these problems. If you receive an item that is broke due to shipping damage or some other event prior to its arrival, you MUST make a claim within one (1) Business day. If the claim is made within one business day we will issue you a prepaid label for you to return the product and will send you a replacement at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item. In some cases we may instruct you to hold the product for inspection and pickup by the Carrier, such as UPS. In other cases you may be instructed to bring the product labeled with our prepaid return shipping label to the nearest UPS Store or Post Office for drop off. If the item is returned but determined that it was damaged after its delivery and not prior to its delivery, then the standard return policy will be applied and all of the additional cost will be at your expense. We reserve the right to be the sole determining party as it relates to this policy. If the claim is not made within one business day, our standard Return Policy and Procedure will apply.

    Return Policy:
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for a refund or exchange within 10 calendar days from date of delivery. Once an RMA has been issued, you have 10 calendar days to return the product to our warehouse. Please email us using the form on the Contact Us page for a RMA#. Please include all information about your order and the product(s) you wish to return in the comments section. Obtaining an RMA does not guarantee the return will be exchanged or refunded. We reserve the right to inspect and determine the policy which applies at the time of arrival to our warehouse. Seen On TV Mart will not refund to Customer the original shipping and handling charges.

    Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Seen On TV Mart will not accept any returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.
  • Our Return Shipping Address will be sent to you with your RMA
  • RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
  • You should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
  • Returns sent COD will not be accepted. Returns must be sent freight prepaid.
  • A note explaining the problem or situation and a copy of your invoice would be helpful to expedite your return.
  • All products returned to us must be in the original unopened packaging with all accessories and owners manual if any.
  • Any products returned to us opened, missing accessories or original packaging will not be accepted

    Return for Refund:
    20% Restocking Fee Applies.

    EXCHANGES ONLY on unopened tapes, videos, DVDs, CDs and video games.

    Items that CANNOT be Returned:

    • Health and Beauty items if opened are non-returnable.
    • Food products of any type are non-returnable.

    Some items may have special return policies which will be noted on the product page.

    Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Seen On TV Mart.
    Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, unopened, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Seen On TV Marts Return Procedure will be breached and Seen On TV Mart will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

    Please allow 2-3 weeks from receipt, for your returns to be processed.

    Discontinued or Backordered Item Policy

    Products displayed on this Site are available while supplies last. In the event a product ordered is discontinued or not in stock, we will notify you when the product can be expected at which time you will have the option to wait for the product, request a refund or order a different product to replace a discontinued item.

    WARRANTIES

    Manufacturer warranty claims should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Typically you will find information regarding the warranty and how to make a claim within the package of the product.

    We do not handle any manufacturer warranties directly, so please keep your receipt and the warranty information received with the product in a safe place. Do not discard it until after your warranty period has expired.

    Limitation of Liability:

    In no event shall SeenOnTV Mart accept liability for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with the sales or delivery of goods or services. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyers damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services.
